Organization. The Encyclopedia of Hinduism contains in-depth, critical research articles that are thematically organized. The organization of articles within each theme is alphabetical. Many local gods and goddesses, festivals, castes, sacred places, saints, organizations, and so on are not given separate entries, but information about them is nevertheless found in a number of articles.
