Thus speaks His Majesty: Say to Kaššū:

(3) Concerning the fact that you took the cattle of the city of Kašipūra and distributed them in the district of EN-tarawa1:

(7) From now on you must not levy veteran troops and auxiliary troops2 out of the district of EN-tarawa. Let him keep the aforementioned cattle. But let him not fail in his work.
