Iselin, Heinrich and Conrad

14th/15th century. Switzerland. Born in Rosenfeld (Württemberg) in the middle of the 14th century, Heinrich Iselin lived in Basel from 1364 until his death in 1404. His son, Conrad, was born in Basel in 1377 and died in 1436. Heinrich wrote a short family chronicle in Latin that began with the year 1364, and which was continued by his son, who added accounts both in German and Latin up until 1425. The single sheet is preserved in Basel, Universitätsbibliothek, cod.
