A small district on the mainland of Persia immediately to the north-east of Būsheher Town; it is enclosed betweon the Rūd-hilleh River on the norfcli, the Rūd-hilleh. District on the west, the Būshehr harbour on the south and the Dashtistān District on the east, and is in the jurisdiction of the Governor of the Gulf Ports . Angali is said to have been at one time a part of the Dashtistān District and to have been detached from it for administrative reasons.
