Zàiwǎ 載瓦 (Tsaiwa, Tsaiva) is a Tibeto-Burman language spoken by approximately 100,000 people in the western corner of Yúnnán province in China and neighboring parts of Burma. (Note that Lustig 2010 writes Zǎiwà, using tonal readings of the Chinese characters that correspond more closely to the actual pronunciation of Zàiwǎ speakers.)
