The arrangements regarding privileges and immunities (chapter 6, § I.97) also deal with the Registrar and the Court’s staff. The members of the Registry staff, particularly its high officials (first secretaries and secretaries) are accorded the same treatment as secretaries [sic!] attached to the diplomatic missions at The Hague, and other officials of the Court will be treated as officials of comparable rank attached to diplomatic missions at The Hague.
