paragraph 286 in volume 3, chapter 18, The Representation of the Parties
A new provision was been added in 1945 to Article 42, paragraph 3, of the Statute. This provides that the agents, counsel and advocates of parties before the Court shall enjoy privileges and immunities necessary to the independent exercise of their duties.
