Article 52, para-graph 3, of the Rules (as amended in 2005)1relates to the correction of a slip or error in any document which has been filed. Such correction can be made at any time with the consent of the other party, or by leave of the President. Any correction so effected is to be notified to the other party in the same manner as the pleading to which it relates.
