Discontinuance of Provisional Measures Proceedings

Proceedings on a request for provisional measures are terminated in the same way as proceedings following a mainline application. Where no action has been taken by the party against which the request is directed, the Court will order the discontinuance without fixing a time limit within which that party may state its views.1
