In the oral proceedings, each party completes its presentation with its ‘final submissions’. The parties are called upon either to confirm the submissions contained in their last written pleading, or to read their final submissions. Following the submissions made in the written proceedings (chapter 20, § III.304), Article 60, paragraph 2, of the 1978 Rules provides:
