Biography
Born in He Imale, Ede, descendant of the first Chief Imam of the town, Alfa Nūḥ Adekilekun (d. 1902), whose son Dhū ’l-Qarnayn (d. 1935) was the first indigenous Alfa tafsīr, Dāwūd studied under his uncles.
