This second appendix is aimed at providing readers with a picture of the most widespread literature in the Horn. While the different chapters of this volume deal with the texts authored by local scholars, in this section we will also include diverse works composed in other parts of the Islamic world that are widely transmitted in a scholarly or religious context.
