Eusebius of Alexandria

A collection of 22 homilies has been attributed to Eusebius of Alexandria by A. Mai (1843). Some of these homilies are preserved only in Greek, others also in Latin, Syriac, Armenian and Georgian (see the inventory in the unpublished dissertation by G. Lafontaine). Despite its importance for the history of certain doctrines and rites, it has been little studied and the available editions are unsatisfactory (see Gounelle, 2009).
