Michael Claude and Jeanne Harper (1931–2010; ?–2017) were pioneers of the British Charismatic Renewal from the 1960s. Michael Claude was born to a business family and his father expected him to take over his business, but he decided to study law and theology at Emmanuel College in Cambridge. He was converted to Christianity during his first year of undergraduate study.
