Hillsong is a contemporary church that originated in Sydney, Australia but is now comprised of congregations in twenty-two nations across the world. It was founded by Global Senior Pastors Brian (son of Frank Houston) and Bobbie Houston in 1983. At the time of writing, the church had a global attendance of over 130,000.
