Li, Changshou (Witness Lee)

Witness Lee (Li Changshou; 1905–1997) was a biblical commentator, revivalist, and church founder, who established a fellowship of churches and schools on all six inhabited continents over decades of ministerial labor. Lee’s work developed from the legacy of his teacher, Watchman Nee. His followers are now some of the most numerous in congregations that consume Nee’s publications, along with Lee’s own prolific writings. The global reach of these churches has only increased in the years since Lee’s death.
