Julio Cesar Ruibal, named the “Apostle of the Andes,” was a prominent Pentecostal preacher, evangelist, and founder of Ekklesia, the largest Pentecostal denomination in Bolivia. Ruibal was born on 15 May 1953 in Sucre Bolivia to a Catholic family, although he lived in La Paz for most of his childhood.
