Italian theologian, archaeologist and antiquarian. Born Turin 23. 11. 1710, died Parma 2. 2. 1785. Attended Jesuit school and Univ. of Turin. 1728 entered the Theatine Order; studied at Bologna and Genoa. 1753 procurator-general of the Order. From 1761, librarian and antiquarian in Parma.
