[German version]

(Ἀγγελή; Angelḗ). Attic  paralia deme of the phyle Pandionis with two (three), later four bouleutai; its location north-east of the modern Markopulo is verified by the modern place name of Angelisi, by the finding place of IG II/III 5230, and by a  horos from the grove of Angelus, the eponymous hero of A. [1. 9, no. 7].
