[1] C. Fabia Betrothed to Marcus Aurelius, 2nd cent. AD
Daughter of Ceionius [3], sister of L. Verus, betrothed to Marcus Aurelius. The betrothal was dissolved (SHA Aur. 4,5; 6,2) after the death of Hadrian. She was married to Plautius Quintillus, cos. ord. 159. After the death of Faustina she tried in vain to marry Marcus Aurelius (SHA Aur. 29,10; PIR2 C 612; [1; 2. 246]).
