Friend of Martial who came from Emerita in the province of Lusitania, but acted as a lawyer (causidicus) in Rome (Mart. 1,61,10; 2,5). He was a friend of literature to whom Martial dedicated his second book of epigrams. Follower of Stoic philosophy. In Martial, he only appears in book 1 and 2. PIR2 D 20.
