F., C. (P.?), people's tribune in 41 BC and originator of one of the last known plebiscites (lex Falcidia), which prescribed that a testator could only leave so many legacies as allowed the heir to remain with a quarter of the inheritance (quarta Falcidiana) (Dig. 35,2; Gai. Inst. 2,227).
