(Λαπαθοῦς; Lapathoûs). Small fortress in southern Olympus  above the Tempe valley near Condylum, near modern Hagios Elias, also called Charax. L. is mentioned because of the Roman troop movements in 169 BC (Liv. 44,2,11).
