Praetor in 66 BC together with Cicero. He presided over the court for embezzlement cases (peculatus) (Cic. Clu. 94; 147; cf. Cornelius [I 87]) and was defended by Cicero in 65 (Q. Cicero, Commentariolum petitionis 19).
