Son of Dymas
Son of Dymas , brother of Hecabe, brother-in-law of Priamus. King of Phrygia (Hesych. s.v. Ο.), eponym of the Bithynian town of Otroia (Strab. 12,4,7). Together with Mygdon  and with Priamus, he fought against the Amazons who were invading Phrygia (Hom. Il. 3,184-189; schol. Hom. Il. 3,189; Eust. ad Hom. Il. 3,186 p. 402). Aphrodite, in an encounter with Anchises, refers to herself as a daughter of O. (Hom. h. 5,111f.).
