[German version]

(Βακχεῖος/Bakcheîos, i.e. 'Dionysius') dedicated a work on music theory to Konstantinos [1] Porphyrogennetos (905-959); The introduction survives, on the imprecision of the senses, aimed at introducing the κανών/kanṓn, and the proportions of the consonant intervals, the eleventh and the whole tone.
