(Θριοῦς; Thrioûs). City in Achaea (Achaei [1]; Plin.  HN 4,22) probably to the southwest of Patrae, precise location unknown. Subsequently part of Elis [2]  (Steph. Byz. s. v. Θ.). T. appears c. 120 BC in a votive inscription for Zeus of Olympia (SEG 15, 254, l. 2).
