(Οὐιβῶνα Οὐαλεντία/Ouibôna Oualentía). City in Bruttium on the Mare Tyrrhenum in the south of the gulf of S. Eufémia, inland north of the foothills of Tropea at a height of 560 m near modern VV (the name was Monteleone di Calabria until 1928).
