New York World’s Fair—Jewish Palestine Pavilion (27 September–27 October 1940)

Variety of artworks created by Jewish artists living in the Holy Land. These objects were intended to be returned to Eretz Israel at the close of the Fair, but were instead offered for sale “at exceptionally reasonable prices” due to the War and the closing of the Mediterranean.
