Material presented in five parts: Section A: “Sonderschau: Nachwirkungen des Alten Bundes in der christlichen Kunst” [Special display: Aftermath of the Old Testament in Christian Art]; Section B: “Dokumentation der politischen, rechtlichen, sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Geschichte der Juden in Deutschland” [Documentation of the political, legal, social and economic history of the Jews of Germany]; Section C: “Vom jüdischen Beitrag zur Kunst, Literatur und Wissenschaft” [On the Jewish contribution to art, literature and science]; Section D: “Jüdisches Geistesleben am Rhein” [Jewish spiritual life on the Rhine]; Section E: “Das jüdische Jahr” [The Jewish Year]. 2,029 numbered items.
