The exhibition was originally presented in Winnipeg, Canada in 1972–1973 under the name “Journey Into Our Heritage”. After touring Canada it was adapted for its current showing at Beit Hatfutsot. The present catalog is based both on the original exhibition and on Harry Gutkin’s book Journey Into Our Heritage (Toronto, 1980). See #457 and #546. |
