A monumental display of art created in and about the Holy Land. Exhibition in 13 spaces, each dedicated to a different topic: Land of Promise, the Architecture of the Temple, the Fleur de Lis, Terrestrial Jerusalem, Celestial Jerusalem, etc. Every section with a short introduction and numerous objects, ancient to modern. A second, much smaller exhibition supplemented the first, focusing on art created by Jewish artists: those from the Parisian school (19th–20th C), and contemporary Jewish artists. 447 items. |
