Description

Exhibition in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the liquidation of Radom’s ghetto. Introductory text by Jerzy Tomaszewski. Room-by-room description of the exhibition by Elżbieta Bajek. Ceremonial objects were exhibited (alongside photographs, prints and paintings) in Room I, which focused on Jewish religion and ritual (see cat nos. 35–64, 110–127, 135–145, 157–162, and 170–171). Rooms 2, 3 & 4 featured portraits of local Jews, costume, prints and historical photographs. Exhibition checklist with basic entries. 393 items.
