A monumental multi-institutional exhibition about the Golden Bull of 1356, which established Frankfurt as the city in which German emperors were to be elected. Frankfurt’s Jews are discussed in “Kammerknechte: Die Frankfurter Juden und der Kaiser” [Chamber Servants: The Frankfurter Jews and the Emperor], pp. 430–525. This section, contributed by the Museum Judengasse, contains numerous historical documents and artistic items. No itemized listing.
