Individual essays on synagogue worship in times of change (Henry B. Brandt), Jewish life in Swabia (Rolf Kießling), synagogue architecture in Bavarian Swabia (Ulrich Knufinke) and the handling of Swabian synagogues after 1945 and their current usage (Otto Lohr).
