Thus speaks His Majesty: Say to Kaššū:

(3) As soon as this tablet reaches you, drive quickly before My Majesty, and bring with you Maruwa,1 the ruler of the city of Kakattuwa. Otherwise they will proceed to blind2 you in that place (where you are)!
