ʿAbbās Pasha, also known as ʿAbbās Ḥilmī I, was one of the khedives of Egypt (r. 1264–1270/1848–1854).
ʿAbbās, born in Jeddah in 1228/1813, was the only child of Aḥmad Ṭūsun, the son of Muḥammad ʿAlī Pasha.
