ʿAbd Allāh b. ʿAmr b. al-ʿĀṣ, Abū Muḥammad (7 before hijra–65/616–685) was a junior Companion of the Prophet as well as one of the first to write down Prophetic sayings (ḥadīths).

Unlike other Companions, most of his life unfolded after the advent of Islam.
