Chahār Maḥāl wa Bakhtiyārī

Under the country’s current division of provinces, established in 1391 Sh./2012, Chahār Maḥāl wa Bakhtiyārī consists of nine districts: Ardal, Burūjin, Shahr-i Kurd, Kiyār, Fārsān, Kūhrang, Sāmān, Bin and Lurdigān, with eighteen bakhshs, or sub-districts, and thirty-six towns (Statistical Centre of Iran, Taqsīmāt).
