Dilshād Khātūn, one of the most famous women of the end of Īlkhānid and beginning of Jalāyirid rule. Dilshād Khātūn was a patroness of the arts and learning and the wife of the Īlkhān Abū Saʿīd Bahādur Khān (q.v., r. 716–736/1316–1335). She was the eldest daughter of the Chūpānid Dimashq Kh^wājah and Tūrsīn Khātūn, the grandaughter of the Īlkhānid Aḥmad Tagūdār (Shabānkāraʾī, 282; Ḥāfiẓ Abrū, 183, Quṭbī Aharī, 184; Melville, 255).
