Ḥusām al-Dīn b. Khalīl Brūsawī (Hüsâmeddin Bursevî) (d. 1042/1632), an Ottoman Sufi, traditionist, author and poet. There is little information about his early life. We only know that he studied various disciplines in Bursa (Brūsa), particularly in the teaching circles of Akhīzādah ʿAbd al-Ḥalīm Afandī (Ahîzâde Abdülhalim Efendi, d. 1013/1604).
