Cocoa and chocolate products are divided into drinking chocolate (defatted cocoa powder whisked with hot water or milk) and eating chocolate (in the form, for example, of blocks or single “chocolates” and consisting of cocoa, cocoa butter or vegetable fat, sugar, and milk).
