Producers’ associations

1. General

Producers’ associations are co-operative enterprises in which all equity owners are employees and all employees are equity owners; decisions are made according to the principle of one man-one vote. This distinguishes producers’ associations from capitalist social enterprises such as shares, in which the emphasis is on the exploitation of capital.
