Moshe Attias, the son of Yaʿaqov and Rina Attias (b. Meknes, 1937; d. Kiryat Ata, April 30, 2020), known as Cheikh Mwījo, was a composer, poet, singer and instrumentalist born and educated in Meknes.  One of the most authentic voices of Moroccan Jewry of his generation, he performed and recorded extensively secular and sacred songs in Judeo-Arabic and Hebrew.
