[1286c] In Muharram, aside from rawzah-khwani (the recitation of the passion of Imam Husayn on the tenth of Muharram) by the Qizilbash and the Najafi Hazarahs and their giving votive offerings, as well as the excursions of His Majesty to [1287] the environs and districts of Jalalabad, although things certainly happened during that time, nothing came to hand that could be written down.
