[9c] Elsewhere during the above-described events, the father of Murad ʿAli Khan of Jam, a sardar of the Baluch tribe, legally transferred ownership of lands and farms located in the locale of Liss Bilahpur, while he was in a state of health and in possession of his full mental faculties prior to his death, to his son Murad ʿAli Khan. The latter took possession and for three months after the death of his father had full control there /303/ and spent his days as landlord.
