Biography:

A grammarian by the name of Artemon, a native of Clazomenae, is cited by the Suda1 as the author of a Περὶ Ὁμήρου and the source of a note stating that Arctinus of Miletus2 was a pupil of Homer3 (α 3960, s.v.Ἀρκτῖνος).
