For the Faḍāʾil i Balk̲h̲, an Arabic work which was completed in 610/1213 and translated into Persian at some date later than 676/1278 and of which the third section contains biographies of seventy famous s̲h̲aik̲h̲s of Balk̲h̲ and its neighbourhood, see Additions and Corrections ad no. 471 (471a (2)) infra.
