In this course, T. Ansay, Dean of the Faculty of Law of Ankara University, focuses on legal issues related to migrant workers. After a description of the basis of discrimination and the general legal issues of migrant workers, the author examines the rights of foreigners and then the conflict of laws relating to the family of migrant workers.
