Peoples and Politics The topography of Bolivia ranges from the High Andes (4,000–7,000 m. / 13,100–23,000 ft.) through the inland valleys (2,200–3,000 m. / 7,200–9,800 ft.) to the eastern lowlands (150 m. / 500 ft.).
